Lennox split AC, whole house two zones. Found system frozen at arrival. Reason. Was because the upstairs damper had malfunctioned and was stuck close even though it was calling to run. I thawed the system and replaced the damper. Tested, and ac is now working very well. Also opened the manual dampers in the attic for each room. Another contractor at some point had came and closed 2/3 of all the supply Air upstairs.

Cooling tunep for goodman ac

Goodman split AC. ..found and replaced a failed capacitor on the outdoor unit that caused the fan to not run. Tested the system and it is now cooling very well. Due to the age and condition of the system all options should be explored. Highly recommend maintenance to clean and maintain the system for best performance. Trane split dual fuel system, whole house. Tested system at arrival and found that the refrigerant levels are very low. Performed a leak search and found that the outdoor unit is leaking. Will have to replace the outdoor coil and repair parts. Submitting to AHS for authorization of repairs. Due to the age and conditions all options should be explored

Performed maintenance on trane system

Amana condenser and ADP air handler. Straight ac unit with hydro heat. Whole house system. Tested the system at arrival and found system very low on refrigerant. Performed leak search and found that the evaporated coil is leaking. The coil will have to be replaced. Also, the condenser coil is matted with debris and restricting airflow. Before I it can be started after the repairs are made, the outdoor it will have to be cleaned. Will submit for authorization of repairs

Maytag furnace, whole house system, two zones. Found multiple issues with the furnace. Thermostat for the downstairs is bad, control board is faulty, faulty zone damper and issues with the drain line and flue pipe. Will submit to AHS for authorization of repairs

Lennox split AC, while house system. Two zones. Found failed compressor. Compressor terminals have shorted and causes breaker to trip immediately. Will have to replace the compressor. Due to age and conditions all options should be explored. Will submit to AHS for authorization of repairs

Carrier split AC, and Rheem furnace. Tested system at arrival. Found that the outdoor unit would not run. Failure was due to faulty low voltage wiring. The wife from the attic to the outside unit had completely gone bad. Was able to repair a connection and able to to provide the proper voltage for the unit to run. Tested operation and system is now cooling as it should. Attached our quote for our HVAC Protection Pledge to clean and maintain the system for best performance

Carrier split heat pump whole house. Tested system at arrival and found system slightly low on refrigerant charge. Quoted customer price to recharge system with refrigerant and add leak sealant. Customer agreed. Added the refrigerant and leak seal and teat again. System. Is now cooling very well at this time.

Upstairs system. Lennox ac and coil, carrier furnace. Found system very low on refrigerant. Filled with nitrogen and performed leak search on system. Found leak to be in the evaporator coil in the attic. Coil is rusting and very corroded due to wear and tear caused by age. Coil will have to be replaced. Will submit for authorization of repairs.

Lennox split ac whole house. Two zone system. Tested submit at arrival. Found system to be slightly low on refrigerant charge causing the system to not cool effectively. Discussed options with the customer. Customer agreed to add refrigerant to proper levels and add leak sealant. Added and system is now cooling as it should. Tested sall components and all is working very well. Discussed our HVAC Protection Pledge to clean and maintain the system.
