The Service representative was on time and very professional. He introduced himself and advised me as to what he would be doing. After completing the service, he explained in detail what occurred and asked if I had any questions.

Chad was spectacular!! We had two HVAC systems that were down. One was a high tech "smart" unit. Chad went out of his way to find the issues with both units, and then took the time to explain exactly what was done to rectify the problems in a way that was absolutely clear to both myself and my wife. Chad was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to his profession. I wish we could get this kind of service from everyone! If the rest of your service employees are like Chad, you have a hellava company!!!

My experience with Island Breeze so far has been pleasant. Kelly, who I believe works in the office has been very professional and very prompt with information. Chad, was the technician who came out to his part with finding out what the issue is with my AC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained how the AC VS Heat works and he just went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. He didn't rush through the process and that means alot. Island Breeze replaced our AC unit for us last year through American Home Shield. They did a great job and helped us navigate through the cumbersome home warranty process as quickly as possible! We just had them come back to do the annual AC preventative maintenance. Look forward to continue to work with them!
