We had an issue with our AC. Using our interior home protection plan, American Home Shield, we ended up contacting Island Breeze. From the start, they were empathetic with our situation, and scheduled an appointment to come right out. The issue was diagnosed quickly, that we needed a new set of coils. They did not have the part on hand, however, they worked with AHS, and the part was ordered immediately. They stayed in contact with us while the part was shipping, and ultimately called us to set up an appt. asap as soon as they received the parts. They were here at 7AM, the day of install and we were up and running with cold air a couple of hrs later. The entire experience was outstanding and we highly recommend Island Breeze.

Right off the bat for the first phone call great customer service. They actually listen to you when you talk to them on the phone call which I found very impressive because not many companies listen to the customer or their clients anymore. I also like that it is a veteran owned company being a veteran myself I like to use a Veteran Towne companies that help support the Veteran community.
