Was a great experience. Found and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Another HVAC co had told me I needed a new system for $10k+ and had his sales team call me as soon as he left my house. This was an honest tech!! Will definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again if needed.
Service was very professional from start to finish. The technician (Sean) did a great job troubleshooting the possible issue and communicating with me about it. Once AHS assigned the work order to Island Breeze, the office called me within 2 hours to scheduled an appointment. Communication throughout was outstanding. They did a great job!

Our upstairs heating unit was not working. From beginning to end, Island Breeze was a joy to work with. I've had horrible experiences with other HVAC companies until Inland Breeze HVAC. Everyone from the nice people in the office to the individual(s) who came out to fix my HVAC unit were all very respectful of me, my time, and my property. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Island Breeze if you have any HVAC issues.
Excellent company! Dependable. They truly care about their customers.I waited over a month without heat to have another company waste my time order parts that didn’t fit. Only to end up saying they couldn’t get the proper parts as my unit was to old and they didn’t make the parts any more. Disappointment after disappointment. for weeks. I was getting desperate thinking I was going to have to purchase a new unit. Than along came Island Breeze. I did not tell them what the last company said I let them make their own diagnosis. Well we were up and running in a week.They also offer a maintenance program twice a year that is so reasonable I jumped on board the same day. So happy I have them now to take care of my units!
Great customer service from everyone I had contact with through phone. Our service rep arrived on time and explained his process thoroughly to us. He also answered our questions and explained what would happen at our next scheduled check up in the spring.

We used our home warranty (AHS) for an HVAC repair and Island Breeze came out to diagnose it and determined that we needed a new unit. We had a seamless experience getting the old unit/heat pump removed and the new unit installed for a very affordable price (due to home warranty). Overall had a good experience they were sent by our warranty company when our AC went out last week. The first guy that came quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor replaced it and the AC started working. When he checked the crawl space he said he he saw water and thought we might have had a leak. I checked after he left and our HVAC was leaking. I called the warranty company back and they sent someone again the next morning. Steven came the 2nd time and he was wonderful he really looked over the outside unit and the HVAC he pointed out where the water came from fixed the problem (clogged drain pipe) and then took the time to show me simple things we can do to maintain our HVAC. As a first time homeowner I really appreciated this.
Mick came to our house today to check our AC. He was so professional and so friendly. I think I never met a person so friendly and so helpful as Mick. He explained everything so well. I wish every maintenance guy would be like Mick. Thank you again and merry Christmas
