found drain line completely clogged causing water to back up and overflow in the attic. cleared the restriction and tested the drain.
checked the refrigerant levels and they are ok.
highly recommend a cleaning, especially if the outdoor unit. the dryer vent is right behind the condenser and is causing the condenser coils to be very dirty, restricting airflow.

drain pan was filling with water again due to clogged drain line.
took drain line apart and flushed with pressurized water. was able to flush out all of the debris that was inside and caught it in a container to show the customer. vacuumed water from pan and tested the system and the system is now running very well.

at arrival, found drain pan full of water, which caused the float switch to turn off the system. reason was due to a clogged drain line.
cleared the drain line and vacuumed water from the pan.
once running, found that the system was slightly low on refrigerant. quoted to recharge the system and add sealant. customer agreed.
added the refrigerant and leak sealant and system. is now running and cooling very well.

returned and replaced fan relay board in air handler. tested operation and the fan now works properly. tested the refrigerator levels again and system is cooling very well.

upstairs Trane split heat pump. found a defective time delay relay board in the air handler causing the fan to run nonstop. will have to order board and replace.
also found a broken valve stem at the outdoor unit that was leaking refrigerant. repaired valve and recharge switch refrigerant
