1. inside the air handler, where the electric heat strips are and the main power, everything inside that compartment has shorted and melted together. the main power wires are severely burnt, the contactor for the heat strips is disintegrated, and multiple sequencers and relays are damaged and melted.
2. the condensate pump for the drainage was not connected to the outlet and hadn't ran in a long time. pump is defective
