Chad was spectacular!! We had two HVAC systems that were down. One was a high tech "smart" unit. My experience with Island Breeze so far has been pleasant. Kelly, who I believe works in the office has been very professional and very prompt with information. Chad, was the technician who came out to his part with finding out what the issue is with my AC unit.
