Island breeze, HVAC has come several times to do different maintenance to our heating and cooling system. They have always been friendly and efficient and have always done an excellent job. The service is excellent. We received updates on the time the technician would arrive. When he arrived he realized that the company had ordered the wrong part. Instead of waiting until the right part to be ordered, the technician went to the warehouse to find the right motor, returned to our home and completed the installation. He was courteous and friendly. Thank you Island Breeze!

I recently needed to replace my furnace and ac. Island Breeze worked with me to understand the cost and everything that needed to be taken care of. They kept me up to date on all the scheduling needs from receiving the equipment and coming onsite. I would get text message reminders when the team would be arriving and follow up reminders and important information as needed.The work was completed in one day with no issues and the following day another technician came out to do a quality inspection of the work that was done. This was great to see and I appreciate the attention to the work that was done here.Overall very pleased with the work and communication all throughout the process.- Update 11/15/2023After the initial install, today I had my first maintenance for the season. Shawn L. came out and did a thorough inspection of both of my systems. He was very knowledgeable and courteous as he was going over the results. He clearly explained some practices I could take to improve air distribution through the upstairs room to mitigate the system running more than it needed to. With the quality of service Shawn L. Has provided I maintain the 5 star rating!

I was VERY IMPRESSED WITH BOTH technicians dispatched to my home today - Chad Rogerson & Brian Leguire. They were super nice and polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about their HVAC profession. No one else had ever told me about some of the needed maintenance that they performed today. (They were dispatched through my home warranty company - American Home Shield, for a furnace tune up/check.)

Shawn was great! I didnt choose Island Breeze they were sent by American Home sheild. I have had 3 techs from AHS come out over the past 4 years abd it has never been a GREAT experience...this time was a pleasant suprise. Shawn came out on a monday got the part on Weds and fixed it today! I hope they do residential work because this was one of the smoothest repairs we have had in a while. They communicated along the way and we had zero issues. I DO wish their customer servicr had a real person answeri g the phone isnstead of texts.... but the text responses were so quick it wasnt an issue.

My air conditioner was not cooling properly and Island Breeze HVAC immediately responded to my service request. Eric came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was so friendly and professional. He showed me the part that was causing the problem and explained what the next steps were. Before leaving, he cleaned up the work area. Once the new part came in, Robert came out and installed it. Once Robert completed the installation, he tested the system to ensure that it was working properly and cleaned up everything. He then showed me everything that he had done and asked if I had any questions. Both Eric and Robert were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and spent time to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service before they left. I give them both 5 stars, as well as Colleen who I spoke with several times in the office and helped me with all my questions and coordination with my home warranty company. I highly recommend Island Breeze HVAC to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning service!I would like to add a second review for repair work performed on my heating system on 11/02/23 by Shawn Leguire. The system was making a strange noise, so I called for service even though my system was still heating. I had recorded the sound it had been making (because everyone knows it never happens when you need it to for the technician to see what's going on). Shawn took his time, went through the whole system (both inside and outside the house - even though the sound I heard came from inside), and was able to diagnose and replace the part that was causing the problem (it turned out to be a part that was not working properly in the heat pump outside). Shawn explained to me everything that he had done and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and made sure to clean up behind himself. Once again, I give Island Breeze (who responded to and completed my service call in less than 24 hours) and their technician Shawn 5 stars for their excellent service and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Island Breeze offers a good thorough HVAC fall maintenance. The tech looked into an issue I had with debris coming from the floor ducts, found the problem and took care of it. No extra charge. I love that they don't try to upsell you with extra things you don't really need. Fair and honest. That's all I ask.
