Joe was the service engineer who did the spring tune-up on my A/C unit. He cleaned/service my unit from top to bottom side to side. Through our record heat summer my unit cooled as good as it did when it was first installed. Joe is a total professional. thank you.

Island Breeze did a great job getting my zoning board and damper(s) replaced in the summer heat of July! My family and I had to stay at a hotel for a week and incur additional expense with living because of the home warranty red-tape. Island Breeze did everything right and kept me up to date on the parts delivery and install date. Chad was awesome! I called Island Breeze at 9am and they came out at 1pm. House was 86 degrees when he got here, diagnosed and replaced the capacitor in probably less than an hour. By the time he left it was already down to 83. He also took video of a water leak under my house which we had no clue about. Thank you!!

My air conditioner was not cooling properly and Island Breeze HVAC immediately responded to my service request. Eric came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was so friendly and professional. He showed me the part that was causing the problem and explained what the next steps were. Before leaving, he cleaned up the work area. Once the new part came in, Robert came out and installed it. Once Robert completed the installation, he tested the system to ensure that it was working properly and cleaned up everything. He then showed me everything that he had done and asked if I had any questions. Both Eric and Robert were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and spent time to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service before they left. I give them both 5 stars, as well as Colleen who I spoke with several times in the office and helped me with all my questions and coordination with my home warranty company. I highly recommend Island Breeze HVAC to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning service!I would like to add a second review for repair work performed on my heating system on 11/02/23 by Shawn Leguire. The system was making a strange noise, so I called for service even though my system was still heating. I had recorded the sound it had been making (because everyone knows it never happens when you need it to for the technician to see what's going on). Shawn took his time, went through the whole system (both inside and outside the house - even though the sound I heard came from inside), and was able to diagnose and replace the part that was causing the problem (it turned out to be a part that was not working properly in the heat pump outside). Shawn explained to me everything that he had done and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and made sure to clean up behind himself. Once again, I give Island Breeze (who responded to and completed my service call in less than 24 hours) and their technician Shawn 5 stars for their excellent service and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!This is my 3rd review of Island Breeze HVAC. After receiving such wonderful service from them in the past, I decided to sign up for their HVAC maintenence program. The technician just left after performing a complete inspection and cleaning of my HVAC system (both inside and out). He was very professional and explained everything he had done, along with the results of his inspection. When I asked him if it would be okay for me to add more pvc pipe to the one where the water drained from my HVAC system to redirect it away from the foundation, he took it upon himself to do it for me! That's what I call going the extra mile.

My AC unit was just installed yesterday and is working beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Island Breeze as they have been fabulous to work with. Their communication is superb, answers to my questions were handled in a timely manner and in layman’s terms (which I appreciated, and lastly, the installation crew did a wonderful job (including cleaning up behind them). A technician from this company came to assist with an issue on Tuesday. He arrived earlier than expected. He did an assessment of the situation and explained to me what was needed and the costs. I don't leave a ton of reviews, but after having Island Breeze help me out twice in the last few years I felt like I should.We've had some pretty tough HVAC issues crop up the last few summers and both times, Island Breeze stepped up to handle it timely (oftentimes next day, they'll have a tech out to survey) and effectively, and at a price that doesn't break the bank.Shawn Leguire has been my tech both times and his professionalism, courteousness and knowledge of how these systems work is evident, and gave me confidence in the company. The good experience I had the first time was actually why I called back the second time, because I knew these guys could help us out of a bind.Thank you for the quick help guys! Why does the AC always stop on the hottest days? Called them at 5:30 p.m. and they set up a time to come look at my 30 year old system. Island Breeze technician, Shawn Leguire arrived in the allotted time and was able to find and repair the problem in 30 minutes. He checked to make sure everything was running smooth and made sure it was cooling to the right standards. Thank you for always being prompt and professional!
