Checked the cooling on a Lennox heat pump

Found a leaking evaporator coil on a Goodman heat pump system.

ICP split heat pump, whole house system. Two zones. Tested system at arrival and found a failed condenser fan motor. Motor would start but then quit mins after running. Quoted customer price to replace motor and he agreed. Replaced motor and capacitor and tested system again. System is now running as it should. Performed a spring maintenance and the system checks out well at this time. Refrigerant levels are great, temperature split is spot on, and all components are working properly.

Goodman split AC. Found system low on refrigerator. Searched and found the evaporator coil leaking. Coil will have to be replaced. Also found fbad zone damper for the downstairs. Submitted for authorization of repairs

Goodman heat pump for the upstairs. Found and replaced failed capacitor that caused the outdoor fan to not start. Tested and system is now cooling very well

Found grounded compressor in lennox heatpump condenser unit

Lennox furnace coil and ac. Found no issues with the heating system. Customer asked to install a new ecobee thermal for the upstairs. Once replaced, during testing found that the AC is low on refrigerant, and reason was due to a leaking EVAP coil. Will submit findings for authorization of repairs

HVAC Repair Service: Addressing issues related to the pressure switch affecting the HVAC system's operation, I embarked on a corrective course of action. Replacing the pressure switch in the AC unit, I meticulously calibrated it to maintain proper pressure regulation. Preformed spring tune up on both upstairs and downstairs for goodman unit

Trane split heat pump. Tested unit in AC and unit worked well. Tested in heat mode and found that the outdoor txv has failed and heat is not working properly. Will need to replace the txv valve for heat to work properly. Quoted for repairs and also quoted for system replacement.

Rheem split heat pump. Customer had concerns about a white powder like substance outside underneath the drain. Inspected and determined that the substance is sediments and sheet rock dust that had drained out our condensate drain. Unit checked and performed perfectly. Did advise to have a maintenance done to main the system. Quoted our HVAC Protection Pledge

Goodman furnace. Found and replaced faulty zone damper motor that caused upstairs to heat uncontrollably. Also adjusted gas pressure to achieve proper temperature from furnace.

Performed Heating Maintenance on Whole House Lennox Furnace.

Trane heat pump. Found and replaced a failed capacitor on the outdoor unit. Once running, determined the refrigerant charge was low. Customer agreed to recharge the system to proper levels. System is now heating as it should. Also discovered that the breaker for the air handler in main panel is faulty. Advised that an electrician is need to replace the breaker.
