Performed a heating maintenance on the customers upstairs Goodman heat pump.

upstairs Goodman split AC. at arrival, found that the drain line was clogged and caused water to fill overflow pan, which shut down power to the system. cleared the line and got system up and running. once running, found that the outdoor unit was very dirty and restricting air flow. quoted to clean the outdoor unit for better performance. customer agreed and also asked for the downstairs to be cleaned. cleaned both. upstairs system is now running and cooling very well.

Found the customers two zone Goodman system empty of refrigerant charge. Found a major refrigerant leak at the evaporator coil in the attic.

upstairs Trane split heat pump. at arrival, went to the air handler in the attic and found that the drain pan underneath the unit was full of water. this had caused the overflow safety to shut off power to the system. reason. for the water was because the condensate drain line was disconnected from the unit and allowing water to flow directly into the pan. the drain line has never been glued and secured. reconnected the drain line and glued the fittings.

Lennox split Ac. found system slightly low on refrigerant. quoted to recharge the system and add leak sealant. customer declined at this time.

carrier gas pack downstairs. tested system at arrival and found it low on refrigerant. we added refrigerant and leak seal last year, and today it is low again. performed a leak search and confirmed that the evaporator coil is leaking and has to be replaced. due to the age and conditions all options should be explored. submitted information to AHS for authorization of repairs

appointment scheduled 730-12. arrived at 730 and rang doorbell and knocked on the front door. waited 20 mins and no answer. verified that I was at the correct address of 1921, not 1922 will have to reschedule. multiple cars in the driveway. no sounds or movement inside the home. verified that the on the way message was sent when I was in route to the home.

carrier split heat pump, whole house system. two zones. the uos6damler was getting stuck and not fully opening, restricting the airflow. the damper arm was bund in the insulation of the flex. freed the arm and damper is now working. also found that the condenser was running a very high head pressure. quoted customer to clean the outdoor coil and they agreed. cleaned the coil and tested. system is now running and cooling well
