Technician Shawn Leguire was very punctual and knowledgeable. Winter maintenance was performed/completed on my units and during the service he explained every step and allowed me the opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns. Great job!!!!! I will definitely keep my maintenance contract agreement and refer Island Breeze to all of my family and friends.

My technician Joe was here exactly at 8 o’clock introduced himself was very professional, very courteous , troubleshot resolve, the issue, extremely quickly, and check the entire system. He highlighted some possible future concerns, and gave suggestions on what to do over. I was extremely pleased with the service.

The repair person was very professional and prompt. He actively listened to my descriptions of the problems with the air conditioning unit. We have had a lot of companies come to our house throughout the years to service or repair our A/C but Eric is one of the nicest professional people we have had. He takes his time and does not offer things you do not need and explains the whole process so you can understand. We will be sticking with Island Breeze because of that.

Island Breeze did an amazing job! Our HVAC went out in May, we called our home warranty company and they contracted Island Breeze to perform our work. The sales rep (Jason, I think his name is) and the contractors were very responsive, on time, and professional. It's been 3 months since our install and we haven't had any issues. They also give you an amazing gift/token of appreciation. Highly recommend this company!

My ac unit went out at the hottest possible time it could have. Although my warranty company, American, Home Shield,, made me wait a day and a half to get it fixed because the temperature outside had not hit 106°, They contracted Island Breeze to fix it and they did an amazing job!! The temperature in my Home was 88°. It took Island Breeze less than an hour and they had the unit back up and running!! I will absolutely use them for continued maintenance on my system!! I also must mention that this is a veteran owned business so money spent here is going to Veterans! Thank you Joe Leguire for everything you did this morning!! My dogs and I appreciate you!

I unfortunately had an AC unit bust during August in North Carolina, but fortunately was connected to Island Breeze HVAC to work with me on getting it fixed/replaced. From working with Heather on scheduling, to having Jason calm our anxiety with home warranty delays, to the professionalism on installation day from Robert and Dilan, we received world class service. Also, when they say they are going to be at your home for an appointment, they were always early! (Unheard of in today's world) Can't suggest Island Breeze enough for your HVAC needs!

A/C failed and a technician from island breeze came out. He correctly troubleshot the issue to a bad fan motor on the outside unit and replaced it with a motor that he had on his vehicle. Had our AC up and running and no time. I was very satisfied with the service and so was my family, I would give them our business again

We were assigned Island Breeze by the warranty plan and then quickly contacted to set up the appointment to diagnose the problem with our AC. When one of their techs called out they went out of their way to reschedule for the same day. The tech who came out was very good at explaining why the AC was failing ( not the usual reasons) and this gave us the information we needed to evaluate repair versus replace. I hope that if we have a problem with the new system we are purchasing in the future that a company that is as responsive and customer service oriented as Island Breeze will be assigned to our service request.
