Chad was spectacular!! We had two HVAC systems that were down. One was a high tech "smart" unit. Chad went out of his way to find the issues with both units, and then took the time to explain exactly what was done to rectify the problems in a way that was absolutely clear to both myself and my wife. Chad was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to his profession. I wish we could get this kind of service from everyone! If the rest of your service employees are like Chad, you have a hellava company!!!

My experience with Island Breeze so far has been pleasant. Kelly, who I believe works in the office has been very professional and very prompt with information. Chad, was the technician who came out to his part with finding out what the issue is with my AC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained how the AC VS Heat works and he just went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. He didn't rush through the process and that means alot. So now I just hope the end results are as good as the beginning. Thanks ISLAND BREEZE!

Island Breeze replaced our AC unit for us last year through American Home Shield. They did a great job and helped us navigate through the cumbersome home warranty process as quickly as possible! I had my heat go out and Island Breeze was quick to respond and schedule a diagnosis. Shawn did an excellent job explaining the problem and fixed the issue quickly. He also explained the problem and what was repaired, and created a great all around experience.This is my second time dealing with Island Breeze, and both times from start to end they have been excellent. The tech dispatch to our home, Shawn L, was on time, extremely professional and thorough. Shawn listened to the problem, looked at the equipment, and resolved the issue.
