Lennox furnace. Whole house system, two zones.

Tested system at arrival and found that the upstairs zone damper was not opening with a call for heat. The damper motor was stuck closed and not allowing airflow at all. This caused the system to shut down due to high temps.

Replaced motor and tested. System is now running and heating very well.

Due recommend servicing system twice a year to maintain it and to ensure best operation. Included quote for our HVAC Protection Pledge
